For more than two decades Lisa has helped individuals, teams and organisations grow to be their best.

Lisa's extensive experience includes having held senior positions in a number of European and Australian executive education institutions. Most notably, Melbourne Business School, Nyenrode Business University and as General Manager, Academy of Management at Groningen - a company related to the University of Groningen. In these roles Lisa designed and delivered leadership development and strategic management programs for Senior Managers.

Throughout her career she has specialised in helping organisations and leaders create real organisational change and innovation, demonstrate deep leadership and become successful in dealing with uncertainty and ambiguity. Lisa brings to her work the strength of two lines of expertise: firstly, a thorough understanding of the different business disciplines and how they interrelate and secondly a deep knowledge and understanding of how to create learning impact and lasting change in organisations.

Lisa holds an MSc in Business Administration (Rijksuniversity of Groningen, The Netherlands, 1995) and has undertaken an impressive range of professional development programs in areas of personal development, communication and leadership. Lisa has also participated in the renowned Professional Development Program of the IOD in Leuven (BEL), which greatly enhanced her abilities as an OD consultant. Lisa is accredited in the ExperienceInnovation and ExperienceChange simulations and the Organisation Workshop by Power + Systems.

Lisa loves watching sports and traveling the world with her husband and children. They often combine the two and travel to great sports events.
