Megan Mann makes the magic happen. 

As Client Experience Manager, Meg is responsible for the back of house that ensures our work runs smoothly for clients, for participants and for our team.  She manages program enrolment, venue liaison, psychometric instrument administration, materials production and a million other things we’d only notice if she weren’t handling them so well. 


Meg is an incredible professional who not only does what is asked efficiently but anticipates curve balls and recommends appropriate alternatives

With a background that includes program coordination at Melbourne Business School, being an executive assistant to c-suite managers and operating her own successful business, Meg understands perfectly what clients need to feel confident about our work and what it takes to make a learning environment truly successful.
