As a practising leader he has held senior and general management roles with National Australia Bank and Foxtel and has participated in the design and implementation of significant organisational and cultural change. As an educator Cameron taught Leadership and Change Management within the Australian Graduate School of Management’s Executive MBA for 7 years and spent another 8 years in Executive Education with Melbourne Business School before taking up his present position with Batley Evans & Co.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Melbourne), an Executive Master of Business Administration (UNSW), a Master of Education (Melbourne) and is an alumnus of Harvard's University's renowned Art & Practice of Leadership Development program. He is a Professional Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, Member of the International Coach Federation and is accredited in a range of licensed psychometric instruments and learning simulations.
When he’s not working, you can catch Cameron running marathons and ultra-marathons. He’s getting easier to catch every year.
