For close to thirty years Cameron Houston has assisted organisations develop purposeful leaders and implement effective organisational change.

As a practising leader he has held senior and general management roles with National Australia Bank and Foxtel and has participated in the design and implementation of significant organisational and cultural change.  As an educator Cameron taught Leadership and Change Management within the Australian Graduate School of Management’s Executive MBA for 7 years and spent another 8 years in Executive Education with Melbourne Business School before launching Batley Evans & Co.

When working with clients, Cameron has the ability to reach a deep understanding of the organisation's aspirations and challenges and translate them into powerful developmental interventions.

We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants about your content and your delivery. Your many memorable “extras” of organizational wisdom that were interspersed throughout the simulation and theory added as much value as the simulation itself
